SWEDISH, RELAXATION AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

These 2 types of massage are interchangeable and often integrated into a 30, 60, or 90 minute massage.  They involve the manipulation of muscles/soft tissue and supporting structures.  These are the mainstay of Barbara's practice.  They relax the body and the mind.  Deep tissue massage targets problem areas a client might be experiencing with deeper pressure and a targeting of specific muscles.

Fees for massage are on a sliding scale.  For a 30 minute massage, payment with cash is $30.00 and by check or credit card, it's $35.00. For a 60 minute massage, payment with cash is $50.00, by check it's $55.00 and by credit card it's $60.00.  For a 90 minute massage, payment with cash is $75.00, by check it's $80.00 and by credit card it's $85.00.                            

* All new clients will fill out a confidential health information form and will discuss in depth with Barbara which treatment protocol will be the most effective.
